You can organise a professional event on our premises with the help of our skilled team.

Our rental services include:

The use of the Martinus premises (hall, public foyer, changing rooms) and equipment.
Our in-house technicians, who are available to provide light and sound for the event.
The lobby staff, who work in the cloakroom and in security duties for the duration of the event.
Café services in the public foyer during intermissions.

The Martinus hall has an auditorium and two small balconies.
There are 436 seats and six wheelchair spaces.
The wheelchair spaces are located in rows 1 and 8.
The stage is approximately 120 m² in size.
The mixing console is located in the middle of rows 19 and 20.
There are two entrances to the hall from the foyer of the Cultural House.
There is unobstructed access to the hall and the front of the auditorium. Access to rows 10–20 and the stalls is by stairs.
There is an induction loop in the hall.

As regards the backstage facilities, the rental includes the use of dressing rooms, the artists’ foyer and toilet facilities.
The performers’ entrance (Martinlaaksontie 36 A) leads directly to the backstage facilities of the Cultural House.
There are five dressing rooms: two large rooms for 5 and 15 people as well as three rooms for 2 people.
The dressing rooms have lockers, mirrors, chairs and tables. The dressing rooms for 5 and 15 people also have a sofa and an upright piano. The dressing rooms for 2 people have their own showers.

Located downstairs, the artists’ foyer has its own kitchen, lounge, curtain-separated dressing space, padded shelf for musical instruments and toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, 2 large refrigerators and a dining table for 8 people.
There is a large sofa set in the foyer.
The dressing room is equipped with lockers, an iron and an ironing board. There are no laundry facilities.

The Cultural House opens to the public an hour before the start of each event.
Depending on the nature of the event, a porter and 1–4 security guards are always present. The staff take care of the cloakroom and security.
The Cultural House’s cloakroom service is free of charge to the public.
The public toilets are in the lobby just opposite the main entrance.

The ticket sales partner of Cultural House Martinus is Lippupiste. (lippu.fi)
Tickets to Martinus events can be bought from Lippupiste’s online shop, telephone service and ticket outlets as well as R-kiosks.
The Cultural House does not have a ticket sales office of its own.
The renter can order ticket sales at the door via Lippupiste.
In this case, the renter always signs a separate ticket sales agreement with Lippupiste.

Marketing the event is the responsibility of the renter.
Our rental service does not include technical advance planning, lighting design or sound design.
Fire is not allowed in the Cultural House.
Assistants of customers in wheelchairs always have free admission to events. A wheelchair ticket automatically includes a seat for an assistant.
The renter may sell the performing artist’s promotional products during the rental period. Selling third-party products is prohibited.
The renter must read the rescue plan of Cultural House Martinus before the start of the event.
